Does it have workspaces or user roles and can it be used on multiple websites?
Hi Mohamed, the workspaces are in the roadmap. You will be able to set content groups by different tags and have the calls routed to the appropriate agent. It can be used on multiple websites, but currently, it will only show the branding for a single company. We are working on having one account with multiple branding options, so if you have multiple businesses, you can run sales from one platform.
Is it translated into french?
Hi Armani! The whole site? Or do you mean live closed captioning and translation while on a call (on the roadmap)? Currently, keyzii is all in English, but I am sure we could set up a default language.
Is Google calendar 2-way sync? Meaning I can add my calendar(s) and it can read time slots that are taken so no over booking.
Yes! Its a two-way Sync, so if you delete or add an event from Google Calendar, it will update on keyzii, and it you delete or and an event form keyzii it will update on your Google Calendar.

It will be part of the Agency plan.
Is Agency white labeled? Is there an option to have payment integration (paypal, stripe, etc) like when the clients want to sign the contract can they like blur screen or something to enter payment details then submit, client sign the contract then it gets processed? Are their webhooks available? Activepeices native integration available (no code automation alternative to zapier? Does it have the ability to accept embeds? Integrations currently? Public roadmap viewing available? Can calendar embed be done using another calendar instead of google?
URL masking with CName is in development, but it can also be fully embedded in the platforms. POS is on our roadmap and we will be building it out soon exactly for the described scenario. Webhooks and other integrations are on the roadmap; we will prioritize them based on user feedback! Yes, you can embed anything in keyzii and keyzii anywhere. Outlook calendar integration is in the works.
Yes, however, URL masking and Cname are in the roadmap. Payment integration is in the works. Other integrations will be done on a priority basis, depending on customer feedback, so if you want something, you can request it on the ideas on our roadmap or vote on it! We can embed Keyzii anywhere, and you can embed anything in Keyzii as long as we have authorization.

Do you have multiple workspaces for multuple setups brands and websites on the agency tier?

If I buy the Agency Plan, how many sites can we place this on?
As many as you like! There is no limit to where you can embed our dynamic button,
I’d ask that you also include the ability to have multiple brands/websites on tier 2. Pricing for top tier isn’t entirely prohibitive, but I could simply create a permanent room in sessions, link it as a website button, and achieve much of the same thing. Maybe more with where they are in the roadmap. And they included tons of workspaces.
And they have a phone app, so I wouldn’t have to be glued to my computer.
Thoughts? I’m very impressed with this, but also hesitant to keep adding tools that I fear will just become features of more mature products. Thank you
Thank you for the feedback, Mark! The templates will be available to all plans, where you can brand the call-in and workspace to your liking. The name white label will be agency only as of now, but depending on complexity, we might open it up to every plan as well!
We will be putting out a mobile interface and app for agents in the future.
The idea here is to build one tool that will eventually be able to handle what a whole suite of tools does now, so working with users like you to accomplish that is very important to us!
Can you share your screen when on a live call, similar to Zoom, Teams, etc… ?
Hello, I am interested in purchasing the 10-user plan, but first I would like to know if I can use it in my local language (Portuguese-BR Brazil)? It would be absolutely crucial for me because my collaborators are not fluent in other languages.
